Texans vs Ravens Odds, Picks, and Divisional Round Predictions: Can Stroud Pick Apart Ravens Pass Defense?

Following a convincing win vs. what was a great defense on paper, the Houston Texans will take their playoff hopes on the road to a waiting Baltimore Ravens team that enters as 9.5-point favorites, has the league’s likely MVP, had more wins than any other team, and beat the best clubs in the league with ease in the regular season. They’re also among the favorites in the Super Bowl odds.

Despite the uphill battle and a move from a 2.5-point dog to a 10-point one in the NFL odds week-to-week, C.J. Stroud’s passing attempts have opened at the same number as last week. Considering the potential game script, should bettors be backing his Overs despite the tough matchup?

NFL Week 4 Parlay Picks & SGP: How Low Can You Go?

If you follow the NFL with any regularity, you’ll have heard the talking points by now that scoring is down and quarterback play is at a low not seen in over a decade. That’s why my best NFL Week 4 parlay targets a trio of Unders, highlighted by what should be a rockfight between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Indianapolis Colts.

Sunday night’s Buffalo Bills vs. Baltimore Ravens game should buck the low-scoring trend, however, and I’ve got a solid three-leg SGP for that September 29 tilt to round out my free NFL picks.

The Numbers Game: Will Slot´s Liverpool machine keep paying out against in-form Chelsea?

Two teams who are flying high so far this season go head-to-head in this weekend s big Premier League game.

League leaders Liverpool welcome in-form Chelsea to Anfield for a mouthwatering encounter.

The Reds have been in excellent form under new boss Arne Slot, who is the first Liverpool manager to win as many as nine of his first 10 games in charge of the club.

However, Opta s power ranking system suggests that Liverpool have actually had the easiest start of any Premier League team.

Chelsea, who have won four of their last six league outings after losing to Manchester City in their opening match, are sure to present an altogether tougher test.

Here, we delve into the data.

What s expected?

Haaland and Adama starring as Messi finds his feet – 2021-22 statistical trends in European football

The October international break has provided an opportunity to reflect on the club season so far, with the campaign starting to settle into some sort of pattern.

Paris Saint-Germain have quickly moved clear at the top of Ligue 1, but there look to be genuine title tussles on the cards in the Premier League, Bundesliga, LaLiga and Serie A.

However, while there are familiar names involved in each league, that does not mean the same individuals are excelling as in previous seasons.

A close-season that saw two of the sport s greats make moves shook things up a little, giving other emerging stars the opportunity to establish themselves at the forefront of the European game.

On this day in 2015: Claudio Ranieri takes Leicester reins for historic season

Claudio Ranieri was appointed Leicester manager on this day in 2015, kick-starting a remarkable campaign which saw the Foxes crowned Premier League champions.

Ranieri signed a three-year deal to replace the sacked Nigel Pearson at the King Power Stadium, returning to English football after an 11-year absence following his dismissal from Chelsea in 2004.

It was a 16th managerial role for the then 63-year-old, whose reign will always be remembered for the amazing, against-all-odds title success – the first in Leicester’s history – in his only full season at the helm.

“I never expected this when I arrived,” he said after the title was secured in May 2016, with his side having been 5,000-1 outsiders at the start of the campaign.

Week 7 NFL Parlay Picks: Trust Adams as Rodgers Does

Week 7 looks to be a competitive one, with seven games with spreads under a touchdown or less on the schedule. We see some teams in must-win scenarios looking to avoid falling behind in tight divisional races, and Week 7 looks to be filled with some of those matchups.

While some of the spreads and totals really stand out, I always like to try and exploit player matchups as well, trying to find some good bets offering fair value.

Here’s a look at my two favorite NFL parlay picks for Week 7.

Packers vs Chiefs Preseason Picks and Predictions: Keep Fading Jordan Love

The Green Bay Packers and the Kansas City Chiefs will conclude their respective preseason slates at Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday night.

Each club owns a 1-1 record in the preseason thus far. Aaron Rodgers hasn’t played a preseason game since 2018, and that trend will continue tomorrow night.

While Patrick Mahomes hasn’t been ruled out for this one by head coach Andy Reid, the Chiefs’ star has played in only three series this preseason. Should bettors back the Pack in this spot, or will Kansas City cover?

Falcons vs Dolphins Preseason Picks and Predictions: Fade Atlanta's Second-Stringers

Two days of chippy practices have set up a potentially heated exhibition showdown as the Atlanta Falcons face the Miami Dolphins in the preseason opener for both teams.

The Falcons are looking to build on a 7-10 season under young starting quarterback Desmond Ridder. The Dolphins made the playoffs after going 9-8 last year, and are hoping to improve on what head coach Mike McDaniel called “average” practices against Atlanta this week.

While neither team is likely to give their stars much run on Friday, one side has more motivation to run out at least some of the starting lineup for the preseason opener. We’ll break down what to expect in our free NFL preseason picks and predictions for Fal…
